Coconuts Beach Resort

The unit we stayed in (112) is very nice, it is updated and has everything you'll need for a fun vacation. Right on Holmes beach on Anna Maria Island. We saw baby turtles, crabs, sea horse, and great sun sets. FYI, I think it matters which unit you stay in based upon other reviews. Ours was 112.

This is my second time using Prime Vacation AMI Locals. I stay at Coconut Resort. The condos are great. Well stocked with essentials and even more. Nice welcome starter packs for the kitchen and bathroom Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and lots more to enjoy the beach. This vacation I stayed in 112 and last vacation was 107 Both excellent You can not beat the location - right on the beach The property is well maintained and the staff w Prime Vacation AMI Locals very helpful. I had a special request to enhance my vacation experience and wow oh wow they accommodated with no problems whatsoever. I worked w Keyon this year but previous year worked w Kelly. Both are excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend coming to Coconuts Resort on Holmes Beach. Definitely recommend Prime Vacation AMI Locals. This Chinese restaurant is definitely a go-to spot for delicious and authentic cuisine. With a wide variety of dishes to choose from, the food is consistently flavorful and satisfying. The portions are quite generous, making it easy to share dishes with others. One of our all-time favorites is the wonton soup, which is always delicious and comforting. We've found that this restaurant is perfect for larger gatherings and family celebrations, and they accommodate you in last minute notice.

If you want a awesome place to stay right on the beach. This is it!!! My room 108 was totally refurbished. Open the sliding glass door and step off the screened-in porch to the beach. They also have a pool. Outside showers to rinse off. Plus we were able to see newly hatched baby loggerhead turtles You have a designated parking spot. Which is wonderful. Full kitchen and fridge. Also they have grills for you to use. It's centrally located so you can hop in a rental golf cart (ask the rental mgt about the discount ) and go anywhere to eat and shops.

I can’t review the resort because we didn’t stay there. We actually came only for the beach in front of this resort. The Republic axis and free parking and we return here a few times for a beach day because there is a beautiful sandbar and shallow lagoon for dipping or swimming in a calm water safely esp if you have kids.

Just returned home from our 3rd trip this year. Absolute paradise. Always stay in 106 oceanfront. Absolutely beautiful view and sunsets. The manager Joyce is wonderful she knows everything about The Coconuts and the island. She will help with anything and everything, we all love being greeted by her smiling face and cheerful words. We have been staying at the Coconuts for close to 20 years. When we started going once a year for 10 days now we go 3 times a year for 10 days at a time hoping to increase that soon. It's a very family friendly place plus you will make new friends at sunset, and pool. We love Joyce and The Coconuts, counting days till next trip. Have made lifetime friends over the years .

The property needs some loving. Everything is being done on the cheap. Landscape needs tending to, pool needs tending to. I understand that each unit has a private owner, but they should be made to keep their units up to par. My first impression with the front door almost made me turn around and find another place to stay. If it wasn't for my husband making me walk in I might have never stayed here.

I stayed this past summer. And like usual it was a little peace of heaven. Relaxing, fun and so much more. I have been visiting there for the past40 years. All started with my parents and now my brother and I.
